Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with 27degree. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged.
- An incorrect item has been delivered.
We do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, color preference, or any other reason.
2. Reporting a Return
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue

3. Approval Process
Once verified, we will approve the return request and provide further instructions. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
